摘　　要：目的:探讨硬膜外复合脉冲式镇痛泵用于分娩镇痛的效果。方法:收治分娩孕妇106例,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用硬膜外复合脉冲式镇痛泵分娩;对照组未采用止痛方法,孕妇阴道分娩。结果:试验组分娩时间及疼痛级别显著优于对照组,但试验组宫缩乏力发生率高于对照组。结论:在分娩过程中采用硬膜外复合脉冲式镇痛泵,需要注意观察孕妇的宫缩乏力状况,但总体上能有效地减轻孕妇分娩疼痛,缩短分娩时间。Objective:To investigate the effect of epidural compound pulsatile analgesia pump for labor analgesia.Methods:106pregnant women were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group were given epidural pulse pump,while the control group did not use the analgesic method to make the vaginal delivery of the pregnant women.Results:The delivery time and pain level of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,but the incidence of uterine inertia in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:In the process of delivery,the use of epidural complex pulse pump,need to pay attention to observe the pregnant women's uterine atony,but in general,it can effectively reduce the pain of childbirth,shorten the delivery time.
