摘　　要：目的:探讨痔上动脉双重缝扎术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法:收治混合痔患者75例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用外剥内扎传统手术治疗,观察组采用痔上动脉双重缝扎术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组的术中出血量、术后疼痛和住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痔上动脉双重缝扎术治疗混合痔的临床疗效显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of double ligation of superior hemorrhoidal artery in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:75patients with mixed hemorrhoids were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with the traditional external strip and internal ligation,and the observation group was treated with double ligation of superior hemorrhoidal artery.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The intraoperative blood loss,postoperative pain and hospital stay in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of double ligation of superior hemorrhoidal artery in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids was significant.
