血府逐瘀汤加减在老年性前列腺增生患者中的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤加减治疗老年性前列腺增生的效果。方法:收治老年性前列腺增生患者88例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组给予血府逐瘀汤加减治疗。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);相对于治疗前,两组治疗后的前列腺均在不同程度上缩小,且观察组小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年性前列腺增生患者使用血府逐瘀汤加减治疗的效果显著。Objective:To investigate the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of senile prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:88cases of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,the prostate of the two groups were reduced in varying degrees,and the observation group was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on senile benign prostatic hyperplasia is remarkable.
