摘　　要：目的:探讨中医健康管理在社区膝骨关节炎患者中的干预效果。方法:收治社区膝骨关节炎患者90例,给予系统的中医健康管理治疗方案,连续观察3个月。结果:治疗前后生活能力Lysholm表的跛行、交锁、稳定性、疼痛、爬楼梯、下蹲等差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后生活质量AIMS2-SF表的躯体、症状、影响、社会、工作5个维度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在社区膝骨关节炎患者常规治疗的基础上,配合中医药健康管理能够取得显著的成效,可以提高患者生活能力和生活质量,更容易得到临床患者的接受和认可。Objective:To explore the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine health management in community patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:90patients with knee osteoarthritis were treated with traditional Chinese medicine health management system for3months.Results:The ability of Lysholm table locking,claudication,pain,stability,stair climbing and squat before and after the treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05);the differences in five dimensions life quality AIMS2-SF including body,symptoms,influence,social work before and after the treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community patients with knee osteoarthritis were given conventional therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine health management can achieve significant effect.It can improve the ability and quality of life in patients,more likely to be accepted and recognized.
