摘　　要：目的:研制一种新型氧气终端维修专用工具,提高工程师对氧气终端的维修效率。方法:采用金属材料一体化制成圆柱形氧气终端维修专用工具,拆卸工具与氧气终端的插头组件配合,将插头组件取出,再更换密封圈。结果:使用新型氧气终端维修专用工具后,具有操作简单方便、拆装快捷的优点,只需1人在2 min内即可完成维修,比以往需要2人花费>30 min的维修,极大缩短了维修时间。结论:使用新型氧气终端维修专用工具的应用,极大改善了氧气终端的维修作业,提高了维修效率。Objective:To develop a new typical special tool for the maintenance of oxygen terminal so as to improve the maintenance efficiency of engineer for the oxygen terminal.Methods:The disassembly tool was applied to match with plug component of oxygen terminal.After the plug component was taken out,the seal ring was changed.It has some advantages included of easy and convenient operation and quick dismantling.Results:After the new maintenance tool of oxygen terminal was applied,the maintenance operation could was completed only one person within2minutes.It tremendously shortened maintenance time that compared with previous maintenance which need two persons cost more than30minutes.Conclusion:The application of new special tool of maintenance of oxygen terminal will greatly improve the maintenance operation of oxygen terminal,tremendously enhance the efficiency of maintenance.
