摘  要:目的探索便携式膜法氧气机在模拟高原慢性缺氧环境下对大鼠血液指标的影响,评价氧气机的应用效能。方法利用低压舱模拟海拔5000 m高原缺氧环境,利用自主研制的便携式膜法氧气机与大鼠IVC笼盒建立富氧饲养笼。将36只雄性SD大鼠随机分为平原对照组(NC)、高原缺氧组(HH)与高原富氧组(HO),HH与HO组置于低压舱内饲养4周(22 h/d),HO组每天有效富氧8 h,NC组于舱外同时饲养。4周后测量各组大鼠血液指标,进行统计学分析。结果低压舱实验4周后3组大鼠WBC均值间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与NC和HO组比较,HH组大鼠RBC显著提高(P<0.01,P<0.05)、Hb、HCT、MCV、MCH均显著提高(P<0.01),NC与HO组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论模拟海拔5000 m慢性缺氧环境下,便携式膜法氧气机富氧能够使红细胞数量维持在平原水平,有效预防红细胞增多症的发生,同时可为大鼠适应更复杂恶劣、更高海拔的高原环境进行血液系统代偿的功能储备,显著提高了大鼠对高原缺氧环境的适应能力。Objective To evaluate the application performance of portable oxygen-enriched machine by studying the effects of portable oxygen-enriched machine on blood indices of rats under simulated chronic hypoxic environment.Methods Chronic hypoxic environment was simulated by small hypobaric chamber and oxygen-enriched rooms were established by portable oxygen-enriched machines and individually ventilated cages.36male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into3groups:normal control group(NC group),high altitude hypoxia group(HH group)and high altitude oxygen enrichment group(HO group).Rats of HH group and HO group were fed in the small hypobaric chamber for4weeks(22h every day)and the rats of HO group also were fed in oxygenenriched rooms for8hours every day.Rats of NC group were fed outside of the chamber at the same time.The blood indices of rats were measured after4weeks.Results No statistical differences were found in the level of WBC of3groups(P>0.05).But compared with NC group and HO group,the levels of RBC,Hb,HCT,MCV and MCH of HH group were significantly increased(P<0.05or P<0.01),and no statistical difference was found between NC group and HO group(P>0.05).Conclusion Portable oxygen-enriched machine can enhance adaptive ability of rats by reducing level of RBC and improving functional reserve of blood system under simulated chronic hypoxic environment.
