摘　　要：本文针对医疗设备采购评价方法的不足和未充分考虑医疗设备的特殊性和专业性,提出了更加全面的采购评价体系。利用的现有的数据和易于搜集的资料,并结合医院的实践情况,初步确立了医疗设备采购的指标体系框架。经德尔菲专家咨询法进一步蹄选评价指标后,最终确立指标体系框架。再利用层次分析法获取指标的权重。通过建立采购评价体系,可以促进医疗设备招标评标工作的规范化和标准化,提高医院采供工作廉政建设水平与职务犯罪预防能力。This paper presents a more comprehensive evaluation system of medical equipment,because of the shortcomings of the existing evaluation method and there is not fully considering the particularity and professional of medical equipment.Based on the existing data and the data collected easily,and combined with the practice of hospital,this paper preliminarily established the framework of the index system of medical equipment procurement.In this study,the index system framework was finally established after using Delphi expert consultation method to further the evaluation index.Then,the analytic hierarchy process was used to obtain the weight of the index.The establishment of the procurement evaluation system can promote the standardization and standardization of the bid evaluation of medical equipment,and improve the construction level of the hospital and the ability to prevent the crime prevention.
