摘　　要：目的在南海岛礁特殊环境下,延长医疗设备使用寿命,降低设备维修成本。方法通过对比试验跟踪调查南海岛礁高温、高湿、高盐特殊环境对医疗设备危害的研究,总结出适用于南海岛礁特殊环境的操作规范。结果采用正确合理的方法安装使用维护设备,能使医疗设备故障率明显下降,更好的满足医院临床科室正常运转要求。结论在南海岛礁特殊环境下使用正确合理的方法安装使用及维护医疗设备,能有效的降低设备使用故障率,为南海岛礁一线临床科室提供有力可靠的保障。Objective The purpose of this study is to extend the service life of medical equipment and reduce the cost of equipment maintenance in the special environment of the south islands reefs.Methods The study on the damage of medical equipment in the special environment of the South China Sea reef,including high temperature,high humidity and high salt,was carried out by comparative test,and the operating rules applicable to the special environment of the South Island reef were summarized.Results The use of the correct and reasonable method of installation and maintenance of equipment could significantly reduce the failure rate of medical equipment,and better meet the need of normal operation of hospital clinical departments.Conclusion It is possible to effectively reduce the equipment failure rate by using the correct and reasonable method to install and maintain the medical equipment in the special environment of the South Island reef,and to provide a strong and reliable guarantee for the front-line clinical departments of the South China Sea Reef.
