摘 要:为了探索排水管道生物膜内部的氮迁移转化机理,研究不同C/N对管道生物膜脱氮过程的影响.在C/N分别为2、5、10条件下培养排水管道壁面生物膜,利用微电极测试技术对成熟生物膜内部DO、NH_4^+、NO_2^-、NO_3^-分布规律进行研究.结果表明:C/N为2、5、10条件下培养的生物膜厚度分别为(1.7±0.1),(1.9±0.1),(2.0±0.1)mm;生物膜内的DO浓度、NH_4^+浓度和NO_3^-浓度沿纵深方向逐渐递减,而NO_2^-浓度在生物膜内则是沿着纵深方向逐渐递增.3种C/N比条件下,生物膜内的物质浓度分布表现出明显的差异性.生物膜厚度影响着DO在膜内的分布,继而影响着N在膜内的迁移转化过程.In order to explore the nitrogen transport and transformation mechanism of the biofilm in the drainage pipeline,the effect of different C/N on the denitrification process of the biofilm are studied.The biofilms of drainage pipes were cultured under the condition that C/N were2,5,10,respectively.Distribution regularities of NH4 +,NO2-,NO3 -inside the mature biofilms were studied using micro electrode technology.Results showed that biofilm thickness were(1.7±0.1),(1.9±0.1),(2.0±0.1)mm when C/N were2,5,10,respectively,the concentration of DO,NH4 +and NO3 -in the depth direction of biofilm gradually decreased while NO2 -concentration gradually increased.Under three different C/N conditions,the concentration distribution of the substance within the biofilm showed significant differences.Biofilm thickness affected the distribution of dissolved oxygen,which then affected the N transformation processes in the biofilms.
