浅谈特色数据库建设中的版权问题及制度保障——以北京农业职业学院学术文库为例

摘　　要：特色数据库建设面临的版权问题和制度保障问题必须要先理清和解决好,才能保证后续建库工作的顺利进行。本文以北京农业职业学院图书馆"学术文库"为例分析了高校图书馆在建设特色数据库过程中存在的版权问题,提出了一些规避法律风险的办法,并探讨了特色库建设的制度保障问题。The issue of copyright and system guarantee faced by the construction of characteristic database must first be clarified and solved in order to ensure the success of subsequent database construction.This paper analyzed the copyright problems existing in the process of constructing characteristic database in university library by taking academic literature database of Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture as an example,put forward some measures to avoid legal risks and discusse the system guarantee of characteristic database construction.
