一种有机聚醚胺黏土稳定剂的合成及评价

摘　　要：采用1,2-丙二醇、环氧氯丙烷等为主要原料合成了有机聚醚胺黏土稳定剂。产物在2%浓度加量下,防膨率可达到85%左右。性能测试结果表明,该黏土稳定剂有良好的抗温性、耐酸碱性和抗洗脱性,在测试温度和pH范围内防膨率均超过80%,抗洗脱率超过90%。Organic polyether amine(OPA)clay stabilizer was synthesized with1,2-propanediol and epoxy chloropropane as main raw materials.The anti swelling rate of product could reach about85%when adding was2%concentration.The performance test results showed that OPA had good temperature resistance,acid and alkali resistant elution.In the test range of temperature and pH,its anti swelling rate was more than80%and its anti washout rate was more than90%.
