摘 要:DDTs污染是我国农田土壤普遍面临的一个问题,污染状况虽有所转,但对人体健康仍存在风险。为了更好的修复DDTs污染土壤,探讨了生物刺激土著微生物修复DDTs污染土壤的可能性,研究了不同条件对土著微生物降解污染农田土壤中DDTs的影响。结果表明:生物刺激法可以促进土壤中DDTs降解菌数的增殖,提高修复DDTs污染的农田土壤的效率。修复五个月后与CK相比,添加葡萄糖、血粉和乳化油后DDTs的降解效率分别提高了20.29%、28.59%和17.65%。与葡萄糖和乳化油相比,血粉可以长效的刺激土著微生物降解土壤中的DDTs。与其他方法相比,定期翻土可以显著提高DDTs的降解效率,五个月的降解效率由32.18%提高到43.41%。因此添加血粉辅以定期翻土可以用于修复DDTs污染农田土壤,且具有较好的应用前景。It was a common problem that the farmland soil was contaminated by DDTs in China.The pollution situation has been improved,but there is still potential risk to human health.The potential application of biological stimulation on indigenous microbial was explored in the bioremediation of DDTs contaminated farmland soil,and the effect on remediation rate of DDTs was investigated in different remediation conditions.The results showed that biostimulation could effectively increase the number of DDT-degrading bacteria in soil,and it was an effective remediation method to degrade DDTs in the farmland soil.The remediation efficiency increased20.29%,28.59%and17.65%in glucose,blood meal and emulsified oil compared to CK,respectively.The blood meal was a long term effective method on stimulating indigenous microorganisms to degrade DDTs compared with glucose and emulsified oil.Plowing the land once a week could effectively increase the remediation efficiency of DDTs by biostimulating using blood meal,and degradation efficiency increased from32.18%to43.41%in five months.Therefore,biostimulation on indigenous microbial using blood meal supplemented by plowing the soil once a week could be used for remediation of DDTs contaminated farmland soil,and it has a good application prospect.
