摘　　要：金融领域创新的复制推广,更多地受制于整体金融改革进程。同时金融要素的集聚特征,也使得自贸试验区金融创新要更多通过其辐射功能发挥效应。随着自贸试验区金融创新政策的逐步落实,金融服务实体经济、服务投资和贸易便利化的能力将会进一步增强。要重点建设面向国际的金融市场交易平台,深化拓展融资租赁、期货保税交割等功能,积极探索对民营资本、民营银行的准入开放。The replication and promotion of innovation in the financial field is more restricted by the overall financial reform process.At the same time,theagglomeration characteristics of financial factors also make the financial innovation of the Pilot Free Trade Zone have more effect through its radiation function.With the gradual implementation of the financial innovation policy in the Pilot Free Trade Zone,the ability of financial services to serve the entity economy,service investment and trade facilitation will be further enhanced.We should focus on the construction of international financial market trading platform,deepen the expansion of financial leasing,futures bonded delivery and other functions,and actively explore the access to private capital and private banks.
