人力资本深化对城乡经济一体化的影响——基于要素收益率趋同视角

摘　　要：城乡关系的动态变化是生产要素在二元结构中为追求收益率自由流动形成的。劳动力、物质资本的流动缩小了城乡要素收益率,人力资本收益率因为工农业部门发展阶段的"错位"城乡差别并没有减小,文章利用2013年中国综合社会调查数据(CGSS)分性别、分区域进行分析,结果表明城乡人力资本分布差距解释了城乡收入的差距,而教育收益率的差别又进一步扩大了城乡人力资本分布差距。只有满足劳动力数量减少、物质资本存量丰裕以及人力资本的有利性出现等三个条件才能提升农业人力资本收益率,实现收益率趋同的城乡经济一体化。The dynamic change of the relationship between urban and rural areas is to produce some benefit of production factors in the urban-rural dual structure.The flow of labor and material capital has narrowed the gap between urban and ru?ral factorsreturns,while the rate of return on human capital did not reduce the difference between urban and rural areas,because of the different stages of development of industry and agriculture.The analysis shows that human capital in urban and rural areas is a reasonable explanation of the income gap between urban and rural areas,meanwhile the difference in the rate of return to education has further expanded the gap between urban and rural human capital using2013China gener?al social survey data.Only a small amount of labor,a lot of material capital and human capital to join the agricultural sector in order to enhance the rate of return on agricultural human capital,urban and rural economic integration can be achieved.Improve the level of urbanization,promote rural urbanization and the development of modern agriculture,which in order to enhance the rate of return of human capital in rural areas,can achieve urban and rural economic integration.
