老年人医疗卫生服务感知的影响因素分析——基于CGSS的实证研究

摘　　要：本文基于CGSS调查数据,运用Logistic模型实证分析了我国老年人医疗卫生服务感知的影响因素,并在此基础上进一步探讨了不同性别、年龄、户籍老年人的感知差异。研究结果表明:在个体因素中,户籍、受教育程度、身体健康状况、是否参加城市/农村基本养老保险总体上对老年人医疗卫生服务感知产生显著影响,但是,是否参加城市/农村基本养老保险对女性老年人和城镇老年人影响不显著,户籍与受教育程度对80岁以上的高龄老年人影响不显著;在家庭因素中,家庭经济状况在所在地档次总体上对老年人医疗卫生服务感知存在显著正向影响,但对男性老年人和80岁以上的高龄老年人影响并不显著。This paper uses the Logistic model to analyze the influencing factors of the medical and health service perception of the elderly based on the CGSS data.On this basis,it further explores the perceived differences of different sexes,age and household registration.The results show that:in individual factors,household registration,education,physical health,whether to participate in urban or rural basic old-age insurance generally have a significant impact on medical and health service per?ception of the elderly.However,whether or not to participate in urban or rural basic old-age insurance has no significant effect on female elderly and urban elderly.Household registration and education has no significant effect on older persons aged over80.In the family factor,the grade of the economic condition in a family locally has a significant impact on medical and health service perception of the elderly,but the impact on older men and older people over80years of age is not significant.
