摘　　要：本文阐述了湖南省1:10000基础地理信息数据库更新技术规程的内容,编制原则与方法;分析介绍了规程的要点。湖南省1:10000基础地理信息数据库更新技术规程的编制应用,统一了湖南省1:10000基础地理信息数据库更新的技术标准,规范了基础测绘成果,极大地推进了测绘信息资源的共享和有效利用,为省级基础地理信息数据库更新工程的常态化动态更新、跨尺度联动更新奠定基础。This paper expounds the contents,principles and methods of1:10000basic geographic information database updating technical regulations in Hunan Province,analyzes and introduces the main points of the regulations.The preparation and application of1:10000basic geographic information database updating technical regulations in Hunan Province,unified the technical standards of updating1:10000basic geographic information database of Hunan province,regulated basic surveying and mapping results,greatly promoted the sharing and effective utilization of surveying and mapping information resources,laid the foundation of the normalized dynamic updates and multi-scale linkage updates for the provincial level basic geographic information database.
