摘　　要：在过去30年中,肺移植的围术期病死率和短期存活情况得到极大的改善。但是肺移植术后的远期存活相对于其他实体器官移植仍然较低,而且一直没有明显改善,因此即便在肺移植患者度过了围术期后,仍然需要对其进行严格、科学地管理。肺移植后的主要并发症包括感染、排异反应、气道并发症、淋巴细胞增殖性疾病等,尽可能地预防或者及时发现可能出现的并发症并及时处理,对于改善肺移植患者的远期存活非常重要。In the past30years,the perioperative mortality and short term survival were greatly improved.When compared to the other solid organ transplantations,the long term survival of lung transplantation did not increase a lot.Even if the patients could get through the perioperative period and discharged,we should strictly continue the postoperative management.The major complications after lung transplantation include infection,immunological rejection,airway complications,lymphopro liferative disorder,etc.We should try our best to prevent or find the clues of possible complication,and it was very important to improve the long term survival.
