摘　　要：研究生文献导读课是提高研究生文献阅读能力和促进科研思维形成的重要课程。文章从新泽西医学院文献导读课的课程设计和教学效果等方面,对国外医学院校研究生文献导读课程的教学模式进行探讨,为我国研究生的培养提供了有益的参考。Literature reading course is an important course for graduate students to improve the reading ability and promote the formation of scientific research thinking.This paper introduces the curriculum design and teaching effects of literature reading course in New Jersey Medical School.The course serves as a tool to learn about fast changing research fields and would provide a useful reference for the reform of traditional teaching models for graduate students in medical universities in China.
