摘　　要：随着全球经济发展布局的快速变化,我国在国际经济发展中的地位也在逐步提高,供给侧改革应运而生。现阶段,供给侧改革正在铺天盖地涌入教育领域,开放教育作为高等教育中不可或缺的组成部分,也自然成为了供给侧改革中的一个主体部分,承担着为市场供应公共产品的责任。同时,经济的供给侧改革也为正在扎实推进的开放教育加速转型提供了机遇与挑战。With the rapid development of the global economic development,China′s position in the international economic development is gradually improving.The supply side reform emerges at the right moment and becomes extremely urgent.At present,the supply side reform is overwhelming into the field of education.Open education,as an indispensable part of higher education,has naturally become a main part in the reform of the supply side,bearing the responsibility of supply public products to the market;at the same time,the supply side reform of economic also provides opportunities and challenges for open education which is promoting the transformation solidly in great strides.
