京津冀一体化下北京养老服务转移研究

摘　　要：北京由于聚集过多的非首都功能,空间、人口、设施等方面作为限制因素,严重阻碍北京地区的产业升级。随之老龄化趋势的加剧,北京急需转移养老产业,解决北京老年人养老问题。京津冀一体化的提出,为北京养老产业转移提供了机遇。基于异地养老模式的发展,在区域协同治理理论指导下,针对北京养老服务产业面临的困境,选取河北地区作为承接主体,利用河北地区优势发展养老产业,将河北打造成承接北京养老服务的平台,促进京津冀地区和谐发展。Due to the accumulation of non capital functions in Beijing,space,population,facilities and other factors have seriously hindered the upgrading of industries in Beijing.With the trend of aging becoming more and more serious,Beijing needs to transfer the pension industry urgently to solve the problem of providing for the aged in Beijing.The integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei provides opportunities for the transfer of Beijing's pension industry.The development of remote pension model based on Regional Cooperative Governance Theory in guiding,facing Beijing pension services industry dilemma,Hebei is chosen as the main body to undertake,with the advantages of Hebei development of the pension industry,will build Hebei into the platform to undertake the Beijing pension services,and promote the harmonious development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region.
