降糖通脉胶囊联合优降糖对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察探讨降糖通脉胶囊联合优降糖治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法:选取我院2011年6月-2016年6月收治的2型糖尿病患者98例,按照随机数字表抽取法平均分为两组,各为49例,治疗组给予降糖通脉胶囊联合优降糖治疗,对照组单纯给予优降糖治疗,观察对比两组患者治疗前后的血糖指标、胰岛素指标、血流变学指标、中医症候积分及不良反应。结果:两组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均与治疗前比较较低,但治疗组下降水平更为显著,治疗后两组比较存在明显差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血浆胰岛素、胰岛素敏感指数、全血黏度低切、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原水平与治疗前比较均有明显变化,对照组则变化不明显,组间治疗后比较存在明显差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医症候临床疗效及治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:降糖通脉胶囊联合优降糖治疗2型糖尿病降糖效果理想,可降低血黏度,改善微循环,安全性高,值得临床合理推广使用。Objective:To observe clinical effects of the Jiangtang Tongmai capsule plus glyburide on type2diabetes mellitus and hemorheology.Methods:98cases in our hospital from June2011to June2016were divided into two groups according to the random digital table extraction method.The treatment group was treated with the Jiangtang Tongmai capsule plus glyburide;the control group was given simple glyburide.Results:After treatment,fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were lower than those before treatment;but the level of descending was more significant in the treatment group,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Plasma insulin,insulin sensitivity index,low blood viscosity,low plasma viscosity,fibrinogen levels were significantly different from those before treatment;those in the control group were not changed significantly;there was a significant difference between the groups after treatment(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the groups in clinical efficacy and adverse reactions(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Jiangtang Tongmai capsule plus glyburide on type2diabetes mellitus showed ideal effects,reduced blood viscosity,improved microcirculation,with high safety,and is worthy of clinical rational application.
