品管圈在提升住院患者功能检查知晓率中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈在提升住院患者功能检查知晓率中的效果。方法:2016年6月-2016年10月,在山西医科大学第一医院国际医疗部开展了以"提升住院患者功能检查知晓率"为主题的品管圈活动,通过现状调查,运用头脑风暴法、柏拉图和鱼骨图等品管工具,分析目前住院患者功能检查知晓率低的主要原因,并进行真因验证,根据真因制定相应的对策,比较活动前后的改善情况,评价活动的效果,将改善成果应用到临床工作中。结果:通过品管圈活动,住院患者功能检查知晓率由改善前的60%提升到了88%,超过目标值86.6%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=88.27,P<0.001)。目标达成率为105%,进步率为46.7%。结论:品管圈活动可以提升住院患者功能检查的知晓率,保证检查的顺利进行,同时品管圈在提高"医护一体化"的工作模式中占有重要地位,通过开展品管圈活动能够提升整个团队的工作协作能力和自身工作热情。Objective:To discuss the effects of quality control circle on hospitalized patients’awareness rate of functional examination.Methods:A quality control circle activity was carried out,to improve hospitalized patients’awareness rate of functional examination.According to practice analysis,the main reasons of low awareness rate of functional examination were analyzed by brainstorming,Plato,fishbone diagrams and other tools.Then the real reasons were verified and policy was formulated.Results:The awareness rates of functional examination were88%after activity and60%before activity,and more than86.6%of the target value(χ2=88.27,P<0.001).The target yield rate was105%;the progress rate was46.7%.Conclusion:QCC can promote hospitalized patients’awareness rate of functional examination,the team cooperation ability and work enthusiasm,and is an important status of the doctor-nurse integration.
