摘　　要：目前大量的二手车开始进入市场交易,但各地对于二手车交易的监管并不完善,二手车市场交易秩序较为混乱,其间存在的诸多问题应该引起交易的参与者和市场监管部门相应的重视,为了促进二手车市场言出必行发展,必须营造一个良好有序的市场环境。At present,a large number of used cars began to enter the market transactions,but the regulation of second-hand car transactions is not perfect,second-hand car market transactions are more chaotic,there are many problems that should cause the transaction participants and market regulators corresponding attention,In order to promote the second-hand car market must develop,we must create a good and orderly market environment.
