政务微博研究评述

摘　　要：微博已经凭借其独有的传播特性,成为一个公众关注和讨论公共事务的公共平台,众多的学者以及政府和其他机构的实践者从各自不同的视角展开了大量的研究。在检索和梳理政务微博相关文献的基础上,本文评述了政务微博的研究现状。从研究视角看,中国政务微博的研究内容大致可概括为发展现状、社会管理、参政议政、政府公关、运营管理等五种视角,后续研究可在已有研究视角下进一步深化。也可扩宽视角,结合技术和管理等因素探索新浪政务微博的创新管理。从研究的性质上看,定性研究居多。从研究的方式上看,实地研究居多。应加大国外范围的研究力度。政务微博的发展已有五年之久,有必要对政务微博新闻执政效度进行检验评估。On the basis of retrieving and combing the relevant literature of government Weibo,this paper reviews the current situation of government Weibo.From the perspective of research,the research contents of Chinese government Weibo can be summarized as five kinds of perspectives:development status,social management,politics participation,government public relations,operation and management,and further research can be further enrolled in the existing research perspective.Wide perspective,combined with technology and management and other factors to explore Sina government Weibo innovation management.From the nature of the study point of view,the majority of qualitative research;from the research point of view,the majority of field research.Should increase the scope of foreign research;government Weibo development has been five years,it is necessary for the government Weibo news ruling validity test evaluation.
