全身麻醉与椎管内麻醉用于大隐静脉曲张手术的比较分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨全身麻醉与蛛网膜下腔阻滞应用于大隐静脉曲张手术的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析168例择期大隐静脉曲张手术患者资料,其中全身麻醉(G组)84例,蛛网膜下腔阻滞(S组)84例,比较两组患者的手术室停留时间(手术室周转)、住院时间及术后并发症。结果:两组患者的手术室停留时间G组为(72.81±22.67)分钟,S组为(78.98±24.67)分钟,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.0467);两组患者的住院时间G组为(2.68±1.55)天,S组为(2.32±0.84)天,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.0315)。结论:全身麻醉可作为大隐静脉曲张手术较好的麻醉选择方式。Objective:To Explore the effects of general anesthesia and spinal anesthesia on patients with great saphenous vein surgery.Methods:A retrospective analysis of168patients with selective varicose veins surgery,including84cases of spinal anesthesia and84cases of general anesthesia,compared the two groups of patients with operating room residence time,length of hospital stay,and postoperative complications.Results:The operating room residence time in Group G was(72.81±22.67)minutes and in Group S was(78.98±24.67)minutes,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(=0.0467);The length of hospital stay was(2.32±0.84)days in Group S and in Group G was(2.68±1.55)days,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P=0.0315).Conclusion:General anesthesia could be a good choice of anesthesia for great saphenous vein surgery.
