摘 要:以塑料联接件为研究对象,探讨一种综合考虑制品结构设计和注塑工艺的联合优化方法,即"结构–工艺联合优化法",研究这两类不同类型的因素对成型质量的影响,将结构设计中的底座形状、壁厚以及注塑工艺中的模具温度和熔融温度作为因素,并采用正交实验设计法,借助于Moldfl ow软件进行注塑过程的模拟分析。结果表明,当底座去除部分占底座总面积的25%,壁厚为1.6 mm,模具与熔融温度分别为85℃和260℃时,注塑件的体积收缩率最大与最小值的差值和综合翘曲量分别较优化前降低了26.5%和30.3%,最终实现了注塑件体积收缩率及综合翘曲这两个成型缺陷指标值的最小化,为塑料联接件及类似塑料产品的优化设计提供了指导。Taking a plastic connector as an example,a combined optimization methodology including the part structural design and the molding process setting was discussed.The proposed methodology is referred to as the“structure-cum-process combined optimization method”.The effects of the two different categories factors on the injection molding quality were studied,the base shape of the connector and wall thickness of the part structural design,as well as the mould and melt temperature of the process setting were chosen as the influencing factors for optimization.The strategy employs orthogonal design of experiment method for optimization,and the Moldflow software is employed to conduct CAE simulation of the molding process.The results show that,when the base remove part accounts for25%of the base total area,the wall thickness is1.6mm,the mould and melt temperature is85℃and260℃respectively,the difference of volumetric shrinkage maximum value and minimum value and comprehensive warpage of the connector decrease26.5%and30.3%respectively compared with those before optimization,which indicates both the volumetric shrinkage and the comprehensive warpage are minimized from the optimization.The proposed methodology provides guidance for the optimal design of plastic connectors and other similar plastic products.
