摘 要:对比了T–700碳纤维(T–700 CF),高硅氧玻璃纤维(HSGF),S–2高强玻璃纤维(S–2高强GF),连续玄武岩纤维(CBF)4种纤维的密度和拉伸性能,并采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线荧光光谱,差示扫描量热及热重等测试技术对这4种纤维的表面形貌、化学组成、比热容及热稳定性进行了表征和对比。结果表明,T–700 CF,HSGF,S–2高强GF和CBF 4种纤维的密度由小到大的顺序为T–700 CF<HSGF<S–2高强GF<CBF,拉伸强度由小到大的顺序为HSGF<S–2高强GF<CBF<T–700 CF,T–700 CF的拉伸弹性模量最高,而S–2高强GF的断裂伸长率最高。T–700 CF的直径最小,CBF的表面最粗糙。在相同温度下,200℃以前T–700 CF和CBF的比热容基本一致,200℃以后4种纤维的比热容由小到大的顺序为S–2高强GF<HSGF<CBF<T–700 CF。在相同温度下,4种纤维的失重率由小到大的顺序为CBF<S–2高强GF<HSGF<T–700 CF。Density and tensile properties of T-700carbon fiber(T-700CF),high-silica glass fiber(HSGF),S-2high strength glass fiber(S-2GF)and continuous basalt fiber(CBF)were researched and compared.In the meantime,surface morphology,chemical components,specific thermal capacity and thermal stability of T-700CF,HSGF,S-2GF and CBF were characterized and compared by SEM,XRF,DSC and TG.The results show that density of those fibers from small to big is T-700CF<HSGF<S-2GF<CBF,tensile strength of those fibers from small to big is HSGF<S-2GF<CBF<T-700CF,the tensile modulus of T-700CF is highest and elongation at break of S-2GF is highest.Diameter of T-700CF is least while surface of CBF is most coarse.Specific thermal capacity of T-700CF is almost the same to that of CBF at the same temperature before200℃,and specific thermal capacity of those fibers from small to big is S-2GF<HSGF<CBF<T-700CF at the same temperature after200℃.Thermal weight loss rate of those fibers from small to big is CBF<S-2GF<HSGF<T-700CF at the same temperature.
