摘  要:超高分子量聚乙烯(PE–UHMW)优异的耐磨性使其在工程领域和生物领域得到广泛的应用。综述了减摩耐磨PE–UHMW改性的研究成果,重点阐述无机填料填充改性、接枝改性、辐照交联改性、表面沉积改性等方法对PE–UHMW摩擦磨损性能的改善,并对这些方法的优缺点进行了总结,最后展望了减摩耐磨PE–UHMW改性研究和应用的前景。Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(PE-UHMW)has been applied in engineering and biology fields because of its wear-resistant.The research results of the anti-friction and wear-resistance PE-UHMW modification were reviewed.It was mainly discussed that the modification methods such as inorganic filler filling,irradiation cross-linking,grafting,surface deposition etc.could improve the friction and wear properties of PE-UHMW.The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were summarized.Finally,the prospect of research and application of PE-UHMW modified friction and wear were mentioned.
