摘　　要：设计一种基于IGBT元件的频率可调的恒磁场脱磁器。阐述恒磁场脱磁器的结构与原理,详细介绍逻辑控制、电路、电源控制部分的设计及功能。该脱磁器结构简单、可靠性高、易于维护,可广泛应用于各种需要脱磁的工作现场。A kind of demagnetizer in constant magnetic field whose frequency can be regulated was designed based on IGBT element.This paper expounded the structure and principle of demagnetizer in constant magnetic,and introduced in detail the design and functions of logic control,circuit and power supply control.The demagnetizer,which has the advantages of simple construction,high reliability and easy maintenance,can be widely used in every kinds of working site needed demagnetizing.
