摘　　要：创新竞赛是高校培养创新人才的重要手段。阐述大学生课外科技竞赛活动的重大意义,探讨活动主办方在保障机制方面所作举措,以期为大学生课外科技竞赛活动的顺利开展与效果提升提供参考,更好地培养和提高大学生的创新能力。Innovation competition is an important mean to cultivate innovative talents in colleges and universities.This paper expounded the significance of university students extracurricular scientific and technological competition,and discussed the measures used by activity sponsor in the aspect of safeguard mechanism,in order to provide reference for successful development and promoting the effect of university students extracurricular scientific and technological competition,so as to cultivate and improve the innovation ability of university students.
