摘　　要：宽甸县是辽宁省重点林区县之一,集体林是宽甸县林业所有制结构的主体。通过分析集体林产权制度改革中存在的主要问题,提出切实可行的解决措施,为宽甸县林业发展提供参考依据。Kuandian country is one of the key forestry countries in Liaoning province,and collectively owned forest is the main body of forestry ownership structure in Kuandian country.This paper,by analyzing the main problems existing in the reform of collectively owned forestry property rights system,put forward feasible countermeasure,in order to provide reference basis for forestry development in Kuandian country.
