摘 要:以学生为主,基于学习效果的OBE教育理念正为我国工程教育认证所推崇。构建"产出导向"的人才培养体系,逆向设计,从内外需求出发,依次修订培养目标、毕业要求和课程体系。以航空医学为例,通过在教学大纲中,明确课程定位、学习效果、授课内容等达到支撑课程体系的目的。同时以思政教育进课堂为目标,以思政教育与专业教育自然融合为前提,结合工程教育认证中对身心素质、职业规范、团队协作等要求,积极探索思政教育在航空医学课程教学中的结合点,从教学效果、教学内容。The concept of OBE education based on students'learning is being advocated by China's engineering education certification.Construct"output-oriented"personnel training system,reverse design,starting from the internal and external needs,followed by the revision of training objectives,graduation requirements and curriculum system.Taking aeromedicine as an example,through the teaching syllabus,the course positioning,learning effects,teaching content and so on to achieve the purpose of supporting the curriculum system.At the same time,taking ideological and political education as the goal and ideological and political education and professional education as the precondition,we should actively explore the combination of ideological and political education in aeronautical medicine teaching with the requirements of physical and mental qualifications,professional norms and teamwork in engineering education certification The combination point,from the teaching effect,teaching content,teaching methods and other three proposed reform measures
