摘 要:淮河干流浮山~龟山段位于淮河中游末端,该段河型复杂,河道比降平缓,局部河段呈现倒比降。该河段河道行洪不畅,未达到设计泄洪能力,两岸行洪区启用难度大、代价高,分洪效果差。鉴于此,本文通过分析该河段存在的问题和河道特性,提出本河段拟通过河道疏浚、开辟新河并建闸控制、堤防加固及修建防浪墙等工程措施,打通淮河中游末端泄洪尾闾,使淮河中游达到设计行洪能力。The Fushan^Guishan section of the mainstream of the Huaihe River is located at the end of the middle reaches of the Huaihe River.The section of this section is complicated with a gradual slowdown of the river course and a fall of the local river section.The river channel poor flood,did not meet the design capacity of flood discharge,Hong Kong floodplains enabled the opening of a large,high cost,poor flood diversion effect.In view of this,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the river section and the characteristics of the river,puts forward engineering measures such as river dredging,opening up a new river and gate control,dike reinforcement and anti-wave wall construction in the reach of the river,Lu,so that the middle reaches of the Huaihe reach flood capacity design.
