摘  要:为建立高效液相色谱同时测定减肥类保健品中非法添加药物西布曲明、麻黄碱和芬氟拉明的方法,样品经液相色谱分离后采用二极管阵列检测器检测,以保留时间和紫外特征吸收光谱图作为定性依据。试验结果表明:西布曲明、麻黄碱、芬氟拉明的检出限分别为20,40,15μg/mg;在4~80μg/mL浓度范围,线性相关系数均大于0.999 5;样品加标回收率大于95%,RSD小于3.4%。To establish HPLC and the method for determination of sibutramine,ephedrine and fenfluramine illegally added in slimming food,the sample was separated by liquid chromatography,then detected by photodiode array detector,so as to retention time and the ultraviolet characteristic absorption spectrum as basis for determining the nature.The experimental results showed that:The detection limits of sibutramine,ephedrine and fenfluramine were20,40and15μg/mg;Whenconcentration range was from4to80μg/mL,the linearly dependent coefficients were all above0.9995;The adding standard recovery was above95%,and RSD<3.4%.
