摘 要:目的:研究超短波电疗联合抗氧化及神经营养对糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导功能及血清细胞因子的影响。方法:选择诊断为DPN的128例患者作为研究对象,随机分为电疗+药物组和常规药物组;治疗前及治疗后8周时,测定神经传导速度及血清中神经细胞因子、炎症细胞因子的含量。结果:两组患者治疗后8周时正中神经及腓总神经的MNCV、正中神经及腓浅神经的SNCV以及血清中CNTF、BDNF、SDF-1α、IGF-1、CAT、HO-1的含量均显著高于治疗前,血清中ICAM-1、TNF-α、IL-6、ET-1、MDA、8-OHdG的含量均显著低于治疗前;电疗+药物组患者治疗后8周时正中神经及腓总神经的MNCV、正中神经及腓浅神经的SNCV以及血清中CNTF、BDNF、SDF-1α、IGF-1、CAT、HO-1的含量均显著高于常规药物组,血清中ICAM-1、TNF-α、IL-6、ET-1、MDA、8-OHdG的含量均显著低于常规药物组。结论:超短波电疗联合抗氧化及神经营养治疗DPN能够改善神经传导功能及神经营养状态,同时能够抑制炎症反应及氧化应激反应。Objective:To study the effect of ultrashort wave therapy combined with antioxidant and neurotrophy therapy on nerve conduction function and serum cytokines in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:A total of128patients who were diagnosed with DPN in South District of Guang’anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences between May2014and February2017were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into electrotherapy+drug group and routine drug group;the nerve conduction velocity as well as serum levels of nerve cytokines and inflammatory cytokines were measured before treatment and8weeks after treatment.Results:MNCV of median nerve and common peroneal nerve,SNCV of median nerve and superficial peroneal nerve as well as serum CNTF,BDNF,SDF1α,IGF1,CAT and HO1levels in both groups8weeks after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment while serum ICAM1,TNFα,IL6,ET1,MDA and8OHdG levels were significantly lower than those before treatment;MNCV of median nerve and common peroneal nerve,SNCV of median nerve and superficial peroneal nerve as well as serum CNTF,BDNF,SDF1α,IGF1,CAT and HO1levels in electrotherapy+drug group8weeks after treatment were significantly higher than those in routine drug group while serum ICAM1,TNFα,IL6,ET1,MDA and8OHdG levels were significantly lower than those in routine drug group.Conclusions:Ultrashort wave therapy combined with antioxidant and neurotrophy therapy for DPN can improve the nerve conduction function and neurotrophic state,and also inhibit the inflammatory response and oxidative stress response.
