摘  要:目的探讨白藜芦醇(Res)对甲醛中毒小鼠免疫系统损伤的保护作用。方法取50只健康小鼠(雌雄各半)随机分为阴性对照组(N组),阳性对照组(P组),Res低(L)、中(M)、高(H)剂量组(分别为L、M、H组),每组10只。通过灌胃建立甲醛中毒模型,除N组外,其余各组均给予37%甲醛溶液50 mg/kg灌胃每天1次,共5 d。第6天,N组和P组给予0.9%氯化钠注射液,L、M、H组分别给予7.5、15.0、30.0 mg/kg的Res,均按0.1 mL/10 g腹腔注射,每天1次,连续7 d。检测各组小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬率、胸腺指数和脾脏指数。结果与P组比较,N、L、M、H组小鼠细胞吞噬率、胸腺指数和脾脏指数均明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与L组比较,H组腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、胸腺指数和脾脏指数均明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而H组小鼠胸腺指数和脾腺指数与N组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Res对甲醛中毒小鼠免疫系统具有保护作用,对健康小鼠没有显著影响。Objective To study the protective effects of resveratrol渊Res冤on the immune system injury in mice with formaldehyde poisoning.Methods Fifty healthy mice渊half male and half female冤were randomly divided into the negative control group渊N冤袁positive control group渊P冤袁Res low渊L冤袁medium渊M冤and high渊H冤dose groups袁10cases in each group.The mouse formaldehyde poisoning model was established by gavage.Except for the group N袁the other groups were given37%formaldehyde solution50mg/kg by gavage for5d.On6d袁the group N and P were given0.9%sodium chloride injection袁and the group L袁Mand H were given7.5袁15.0袁30.0mg/kg of Res袁by intraperitoneal injection with0.1mL/10g袁once daily for continuous7d.The phagocytosis rate of peritoneal marcrophages袁thymus index and spleen index were detected.Results Compared with the group P袁the phagocytosis rate of peritoneal macrophages袁thymus index and spleen index in the group N袁L袁M and H were significantly increased袁the difference was statistically significant渊P<0.05冤曰compared with the group L袁the phagocytosis rate of peritoneal macrophages袁thymus index and spleen index in the group H were significantly increased袁the difference was statistically signifi鄄cant渊P<0.05冤曰while the thymus index and spleen index had no statistical difference between the group H and N渊P>0.05冤.Con鄄clusion Res has a protective effect on the immune system injury in mice with formaldehyde poisoning袁but has no significant ef鄄fect on healthy mice.
