镇江市学龄前儿童生长发育和龋齿患病情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解镇江市城区学龄前儿童的生长发育和龋齿患病情况,为进一步改善学龄前儿童营养状况及保健重点提供指导依据。方法对2016年镇江市9所城区幼儿园3 105名学龄前儿童体检资料进行生长发育和龋齿患病情况分析。结果学龄前儿童的生长发育总体水平良好,肥胖检出率为6.80%(211/3 105),低体质量检出率为0.39%(12/3 105),发育迟缓检出率为0.23%(7/3 105),龋齿检出率为51.76%(1 607/3 105),患龋齿儿童龋均数为5.40颗(8 680/1 607),肥胖、龋齿检出率随年龄增加呈上升趋势。结论镇江市城区学龄前儿童生长发育和营养状况较好,但需重视肥胖和龋齿问题。Objective〓To investigate the growth development and prevalence situation of dental caries among preschool children in Zhenjiang urban area in order to provide a guidance basis for further improving the nutrition status and healthcare of preschool children in local area.Methods〓The physical examination data among3105preschool children in9urban kindergartens during2016were performed the analysis on the growth development and dental caries prevalence.Results〓The overall level for the growth and development of preschool children was good,the obesity detection rate was6.80%(211/3105),the detection rate of low body mass was0.39%(12/3105),the detection rate of development retardation was0.23%(7/3105),the dental caries detection rate was51.76%(1607/3105),the average decayed teeth number was5.40(8680/1607),and the obesity rate and dental caries rate showed the increasing trend with the age increase.Conclusion〓The growth development and nutritional status of preschool children in Zhenjiang urban area were good,but obesity and dental caries should be paid attention to.】〓
