摘　　要：该文在比较分析传统流量参数测试方式的基础上,设计了一种现场服务型流量测试装置,用于解决水流量参数测试装置现场高精度计量检测的问题。整套装置以水为介质,以科里奥利流量计作为标准表组,以变频调速加稳压罐作为二级稳压系统,以LabVIEW软硬件平台作为开发系统。所设计的装置小巧轻便,可以车载到现场进行快速标定,节省了因流量计拆卸送检引起的待机时间,大大提高了企业生产效率。该装置填补了国内水流量现场计量测试的技术空白。On the basis of comparing and analyzing the traditional flow parameter testing methods,a field service flow test facility is designed to solve the problem of high accuracy measurement of water flow parameter test device.The whole device takes water as the medium,and the Coriolis flowmeters are used as master meters.The variable frequency pump and the surge tank are acted as the secondary regulation system,and the hardware and software platform of LabVIEW are used as the development system.The entire facility is small and light weight so that it can be carried to the scene for rapid calibration.It saved the standby time caused by the disassembly and examination of the flowmeter and greatly improved the production efficiency of the enterprise.The device fills the technical blank of field measurement and measurement of domestic water flow.
