摘  要:针对目前温室保温被机械卷放位置误差大、精度低、重复性差等问题,设计一种基于STC89C52单片机的温室卷被控制器。该卷被控制器具有手动/自动、定时、倒计时显示、遥控、卷放被微调等功能,采用计时定位原理和容错机制,巧妙地解决了温室卷被机误差大和自动控制精度高的矛盾,实现对温室环境的有效控制。实际应用效果表明,该控制器具有低成本、保安全、省力气的特点,可为温室大棚增产增收提供可靠保障。To solve the problems of mechanical roll-up position errors,low precision and poor repeatability on the greenhouse insulation,a greenhouse controller for rolling insulation quilt based on STC89C52microcontroller is designed in this paper.The controller has the functions of manual or automatic,timing,countdown display,remote control and roll-up fine adjusting,and adopts the timing positioning principle and fault-tolerant mechanism to solve the contradiction between the large error of the greenhouse rolling insulation quilt and the high precision of automatic control,which achieves the effective control of the greenhouse environment.The application effect shows that the controller has the characteristics of low cost,security and save effort,which provides a reliable guarantee for increasing greenhouse yield.
