摘　　要：文章从经营者的角度分析了共享单车的发展态势,指出了共享单车经营所存在的市场竞争激烈、单车维护成本高等问题,从自身、政府等方面提出了共享单车经营中需要提高单车利用率、降低维修成本以及与政府部门有效沟通等建议。This paper analyzes the development trend of bicycle sharing from the perspective of operator,points out the problems of fierce market competition and high maintenance cost existing in bicycle sharing business.It suggests improving the cycling utilization rate of sharing bicycle,reducing maintenance cost and communicating with government departments in bicycle sharing operation.
