摘  要:针对现有农业灌溉系统售电系统中存在的问题,提出了一种基于GPRS通信的农灌售电系统,其核心设备是费控终端,上行通过GPRS通信、CDMA通信、以太网等方式和售电主站连接,下行分为两路,一路通过RS485通信接口连接电能表,另一路通过RS485通信接口连接刷卡器。费控终端也可通过本地通信方式与通道转换器下接的电能表、刷卡器进行通信,从而实现售电主站开卡售电、刷卡器刷卡用电以及费控终端结算的目的。新型农灌售电系统的应用,有利于电力公司实现售电、用电的闭环管理,并推动国家电网公司早日实现用电售电系统一体化。This paper presents an electricity selling system of agricultural irrigation based on GPRS communication.The core equipment of the system is charge terminal,its uplink connects with main power sale station through GPRS,CDMA,E thernet and other ways,and its dow nlink is divided into two parts,one connects with energy meter through RS485communication interface and the other connects with card reader.The charge control terminal can communicate with the energy meter and card reader by local communication,thereby improving the management of power sale system.In this system,pow er sale station is responsible for opening card and selling electricity,users pay electricity by card and the cost is settled through charge contro l terminal.The application of the new system will help the electric power company to realize the closed-loop management of electric power sale and electric power consumption and the integration of them.
