缩脾丸治疗肝硬化脾功能亢进60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察化缩脾丸治疗肝硬化脾功能亢进临床效果。方法:选取120例肝硬化并脾功能亢进患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例。对照组给予保肝、抗病毒等常规治疗,治疗组患者在常规治疗方案中并给予口服"缩脾丸"治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗后,治疗组各项指标显著优于对照组;治疗组有效率为86.7%,较对照组的70%具有显著性差异(P<0.05),临床症状改善方面优于对照组,患者治疗后肝功发生明显的改善,所有患者未见严重不良反应。结论:缩脾丸治疗肝硬化脾功能亢进效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Suopi pill treating liver cirrhosis with hypersplenism.Methods:120patients suffering from liver cirrhosis with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into the control group(n=60)and the treatment group(n=60).The control group was given hepatic protectant and antiviral agent;on which basis,the control group was also treated with Suopi pill.Clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group,and the clinical symptoms improved more in the treatment group as well.Liver function was effectively improved after the treatment.Conclusion:Suopi pill has significant curative effect on liver cirrhosis with hypersplenism,which is worthy of clinical application.
