女贞子中齐墩果酸提取制备与含量测定方法的研究进展

摘　　要：女贞子作为中国传统中医常用的滋补肝肾药物。2015版药典收载了一百多种含女贞子的中药制剂,临床应用广泛。齐墩果酸(Oleanolic acid,OA)是女贞子中主要有效成分,具有保肝等多种生理活性。且OA为多个女贞子中药制剂的指标控制成分。近十年,随着新方法、技术与仪器设备用于女贞子中齐墩果酸的提取制备和含量测定,研究取得了较为显著的成果。笔者围绕女贞子中齐墩果酸提取制备与含量测定方法进行综述,为含女贞子中药制剂工艺改进和质量控制的提升提供依据。Ligustrum lucidum Ait.has been used for at least2000years as a common herbs to nourish liver and kidney in Chinese materia medica.2015edition of Pharmacopoeia records115kinds of Chinese patent medicines containing L.lucidum Ait.,which are used widely in clinical application.Oleanolic Acid(OA)having a variety of pharmacological activities,especially on liver,is one of the main active ingredients in L.lucidum Ait.,and it is regarded as the quality controlling index of Ligustrum lucidum Ait.In the last ten years,new extraction technologies and methods for the determination of OA were put forward.So this study summarized the research progress of extraction and determination methods of OA in L.lucidum Ait.In recent years,providing reference for the reform of Chinese patent medicines and providing theoretical foundation for its quality control.
