广东省副猪嗜血杆菌的流行病学调查

摘　　要：为了解副猪嗜血杆菌(Haemophilus parasuis,Hps)在广东省的流行情况,采用细菌分离鉴定和PCR方法对广东省79家规模化猪场的227头疑似关节炎、多发性浆膜炎的发病猪进行了检测。结果显示,副猪嗜血杆菌阳性率达22.74%。对猪场全年发病情况进行数据统计分析,发现1~3月Hps阳性率最高。使用间接血凝试验方法对55株临床分离株进行血清学分型,结果显示5型(23.68%)最为流行,其次是12型(13.16%)和4型(10.53%)。In order to understand the epidemiology o f Haemophilus parasuis in Guangdong province,227cases of suspected arthritis and multiple serositis from79large-scale swine farms in Guangdong province were tested using bacterial isolation and nucleic acid amplification method.The results showed that the positive rate o f Haemophilus parasuis was22.74%.Statistical analysis of the incidences of pig farms in different quarters of a year revealed that the positive rate was the highest in the first three months.Fifty-five clinical isolates were obtained and serotyped using indirect hemagglutination test.The most prevailing serotype was type5(23.68%),followed by serotype12(13.16%)and serotype4(10.53%).
