摘 要:以不同活性的轻烧MgO和α-Al_2O_3微粉为原料,通过固相烧结法合成镁铝尖晶石,研究轻烧氧化镁的活性对镁铝尖晶石物相组成、晶胞参数、微观结构及烧结性能的影响并探讨其机理。利用XRD和High Score Plus分析合成试样的物相组成和晶胞参数,利用SEM表征合成试样的微观结构。结果表明:高活性轻烧MgO具有更高的缺陷能,可以加快烧结反应的进行,降低MgAl_2O_4的合成温度;高活性轻烧MgO可以促进MgAl_2O_4晶体发育,MgO活性越高,生成的MgAl_2O_4晶胞参数和晶胞体积越大,晶粒发育更为完全。The magnesium aluminum spinel was synthesized by light calcined magnesia with different activity and a-Al203by solid-phase sintering process.The effects of MgO activity on phases composition,cell parameters,microscopic structure and sintering properties to magnesium aluminum spinel were researched.And the mechanism was also discussed.The phases composition and cell parameters of synthetic sample were analysed by XRD and HighScore Plus software.The microscopic structure of synthetic sample was characterized by SEM.The results show that the high activity light calcined magnesia has higher defect energy,which can accelerate the sintering reaction and reduce the synthesis temperature of MgAl204.The crystals growth of MgAl204was promoted by high activity light calcined magnesia.The cell parameters and the unit cell volume of the MgAl204increase with rising MgO activity.And the grain growth is more complete.
