摘 要:目的通过比较儿童过敏原免疫治疗前后B淋巴细胞亚群的变化,明确B细胞亚群在过敏原免疫治疗(AIT)治疗机制中的作用。方法使用流式细胞计数法检测32例儿童过敏原免疫治疗前后1年B淋巴细胞亚群的数量,另选取32例年龄性别匹配的健康儿童作为对照组。结果 AIT治疗后活性B淋巴细胞的相对数和绝对数均明显低于治疗前水平(P=0.001),其余B淋巴细胞亚群治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论过敏原免疫治疗直接影响B淋巴细胞细胞分化,导致活性B细胞计数减少。活性B细胞计数或可作为AIT治疗效果及是否需要继续治疗的评估指标,具有重要的临床应用价值。ObjectiveTo compare the changes of B lymphocyte subsets in children before and after allergen immunotherapy(AIT),and to clarify the role of B cell subsets in AIT treatment.MethodsFlow cytometry was used to detect the number of B lymphocyte subsets in32children before and after allergen immunotherapy.Thirty two healthy children with matched age and sex were selected as the control group.ResultsThe relative and absolute numbers of activated B lymphocytes were significantly lower than those before treatment(P=0.001).There was no significant change in the other B lymphocyte subsets(P>0.05).ConclusionsImmunotherapy of allergens directly affects the differentiation of B lymphocytes,and results in a decrease in the activity of B cells.Active B cell count can be used as evaluation indicators in AIT treatment effect and whether there is the need for continued treatment,which has important clinical value.
