慢性HBV携带者中医证候及体质分布在慢病管理中的运用

摘　　要：[目的]通过调查乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)携带者中医证候及体质分布,用以指导慢性HBV携带者的慢病管理。[方法]收集110例(HBV)携带病人,收集慢性HBV携带者的症状、体征、舌象、脉象等资料,按照王琦教授中医体质最新分类标准,判断慢性HBV携带者的体质类型,总结其中医证候特征及证型分布。[结果]:经过调查110例慢性HBV携带者中医证候及体质,发现慢性HBV携带者的体质分布主要以平和质为主,HBV携带者中医证型主要以肝气郁结证、肝胃不和证、湿热中阻证等证候为主。[结论]医证候及体质调查能够初步了解慢性HBV携带者的体质及证候分布,并指导病人慢病管理。Objective:Through the survey of hepatitis B virus carriers on TCM syndromes and constitution distribution,to guide chronic disease management of chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV)carriers.Methods:A total of110patients with Hepatitis B virus carries were collected.Symptoms,signs,tongue and pulse conditions of chronic HBV carriers were collected.According to traditional Chinese medicine physical classification criteria wrote by Wang Qi professor to judge the type of constitution of chronic HBV carriers and summarize the characteristics of TCM syndromes and syndromes distribution.Results:It found that constitution distribution of chronic hepatitis B virus carriers was mainly in peace constitution.TCM symptoms of hepatitis B virus carriers mainly included liver qi stagnation syndrome,disharmony between liver and stomach and syndrome of damp heat.Conclusions:Survey of symptoms and constitution of traditional Chinese medicine can be a preliminary understanding of physical constitution and syndrome distribution of hepatitis B virus carriers and guide the chronic disease management of patients.
