风景区免费制和年卡制开放模式的比较研究--兼论公共产品的供给模式

摘　　要：用问卷调查、实地调查法对岳麓山免费制模式和苏仙岭年卡制模式等两种不同的准公共产品供给模式对两地登山锻炼者的影响进行比较.结果显示:公共产品的免费制、年卡制供给模式各有优势,两者相结合更符合现阶段我国国情,也能满足不同类别群体的不同需求.By means of questionnaire and field survey,the effects on the mountain climbers in the two places of the two different public product supply patterns-the free entrance pattern of Yuelu Mountain and the annual card entrance pattern are compared.The result shows that though the two patterns have their own advantages,the combination of them should be more consistent with the present situation of our country,and it also can meet different demands from different groups.
