摘　　要：介绍了建筑能耗系统监测内容、网络构架,比较了不同的租户电能计量系统,同时进行了实际项目的实例分析。提出了能耗监测系统具有优化建筑设备协调运行能力,可考核用电设备能效比,满足物业对租户电能收费管理等功能。This paper introduced the monitoring contents and network framework of building energy consumption monitoring system,and compared the different tenants’energy metering systems.The analysis of actural project was carried out.It is pointed out that the energy consumption monitoring system has the ability to optimize the coordinated operation of building equipments,and can be used to assess the energy efficiency ratio of electrical equipments,which meets the function of the property management of the tenants’energy charges.
