摘  要:为加强丛式井井眼轨迹的控制与监测,基于钻头破碎岩石的振动信号,建立了浅层钻进时的钻头位置预测模型。通过研究钻头钻进时的振动特征和振动波在套管与地层中的传播衰减,认识到根据套管头处采集的振动信号能量来确定井筒之间的距离,进而实现钻头位置的场强定位是可行的。结合风险井的井眼轨迹测量数据和圆周测距定位算法,推导得出了钻头大地坐标的计算方法。根据渤海某平台的现场监测数据,利用所建模型计算得到了正钻井井眼的三维轨迹,将计算所得井眼轨迹与实际井眼轨迹进行对比,结果显示,该模型可以在一定条件下有效定位钻头位置,确定钻头走向,为防碰预警提供依据。In order to strengthen the control and monitoring of the wellbore trajectory of the cluster,a prediction model of drill bit position in shallow stratu is established based on the vibration signal when the rock is broken by drill bit.The characteristics of the drill bit vibration waves and of which propagation in between the well casing and the formation were studied.It is realized that the computing method of drill bit position based on inter-well distance calculated from the vibration signal is feasible.By combining the wellbore trajectory measurement data and the circumferential range positioning algorithm,the calculation method of the geodetic coordinates of the drill bit was deduced.According to the data monitored in an oilfield of Bohai,wellbore trajectory3D figure of the operating well was got using the drill bit position prediction model.Comparing with the actual wellbore trajectory,the field tests showed that the drill bit position prediction model could predict drill bit position and determine its approaching trend efficiently in certain conditions,which provides reference for the anti-collision warning.
